Dr. Sharon Faber
A nationally-recognized presenter and consultant, Dr. Faber has been a teacher, assistant principal, principal, English and Reading Supervisor, Director of Leadership Training, and Middle School Facilitator. She has also been a professor at the University of North Carolina and Belmont Abbey College . She has written extensively in the areas of literacy and leadership at the middle and high school levels and authored the books, How to Teach Reading When You’re Not a Reading Teacher, How to Teach Academic Vocabulary, and several teaching-tips foldouts. Noted for her high-energy level, practicality and her humor, Sharon has motivated and inspired teachers and administrators throughout the United States and Canada .

of the first Nationally Board Certified teachers in America, Rick brings
innovation, energy, validity, and high standards to both his presentations
and his instructional practice, which includes more than twenty years
teaching math, science, English, health, and history. Rick’s work has been
reported in numerous media, including ABC’s Good Morning America, National
Geographic and Good Housekeeping magazines, What Matters Most: Teaching for
the 21st Century, and the Washington Post. He is a
columnist for the National Middle School Association’s
Middle Ground
magazine, and he is the author of the award-winning books,

Dedra creates entertaining workshops that get crowds energized and excited about teaching. As a classroom teacher, she understands the need for practical ideas that can be implemented immediately into the classroom. She creates fun filled workshops designed to be hands-on and interactive. Dedra has a unique ability to put teachers at ease as she teaches technology incorporated with humor in a user friendly way. In her sessions teachers will walk away with specific, fun-filled strategies that will launch them into action.
Dedra Stafford is a dedicated consultant with Renee’ Boatman as Wizard Workshops Consulting. She is an Educational Speaker and has presented at national, state, and local conferences across the nation including NMSA (National Middle School Association) sharing inspirational ideas, from technology to school climate. In addition to presenting at conferences, she has also provided a variety of training for schools and districts across the Midwest. She has certified over 300 teachers through technology classes in Oklahoma. Dedra is currently serving as the Oklahoma Middle Level Education Association President for 2006-2007.
