

CCOSA/OMLEA
There are three membership types in OMLEA: administrator/staff,
non-administrator, and student.
- Any middle level administrator who is a member of
OASSP or OAESP is automatically a member of OMLEA. In addition, all
non-administrator staff at the administrator’s school are recognized as
OMLEA members and are eligible for the reduced conference rate and other
OMLEA benefits. The staff members receive membership in OMLEA only and are
not eligible for CCOSA benefits.
- Any non-administrator, teacher, or individual
interested in middle level education who would like to be a part of OMLEA,
but who is not affiliated with a school or whose school administrator does
not belong to CCOSA, may join for a membership fee of $25 per year paid to
CCOSA/OMLEA. This does not entitle the member to CCOSA benefits, however.
- Any full-time university or college student who wants
to learn more about education at the middle level may join for a student fee
of $10 per year. Students also receive a greatly reduced conference rate of
$25.00.
If you are a teacher who would like to be a part of OMLEA,
the first step is to check with your administrator to see if he/she is a CCOSA
member. If so, please check the administrator/staff box and provide his/her
name in the appropriate space on the membership application. If not, check
the box for individual membership and mail your check to:
